Job Description
- We are seeking a Business Analyst with experience in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) to support business and technology initiatives in the financial services domain.
- The role involves gathering and analyzing business requirements, translating them into functional specifications, and collaborating with stakeholders, developers, and Salesforce administrators.
- The candidate will help design and improve processes related to client onboarding, financial accounts, and relationship management within Salesforce.
- Responsibilities include creating user stories, process flows, and supporting UAT activities.
- The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, experience with Agile methodologies, and a solid understanding of financial services operations such as banking, wealth management, or insurance.
- Salesforce platform knowledge and FSC exposure are highly preferred.
