Location-Type: Hybrid (Kennesaw, GA; Dallas, TX; Chicago, IL - 2-3 days onsite, flexible)
Start Date Is: Target 2/23
Duration: 6-month contract-to-hire
Compensation Range: $27/hr - $38/hr
Bill Rate & Pay Breakdown:
- Bill Rate: $65-70/hr
- Candidate Pay Rate Range: $27.09/hr - $31.33/hr
The Project Manager will lead pricing, go-to-market, and software development initiatives within a large, matrixed enterprise environment.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple concurrent projects focused on pricing and go-to-market initiatives
- Oversee software development work streams in partnership with Scrum Masters
- Drive project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications
- Collaborate cross-functionally across business and technical teams
- Facilitate Agile and Waterfall ceremonies as needed
- Track progress and reporting using Smartsheet or similar PM tools
- Ensure alignment with business objectives and process workflows
- Must-Haves:
- 3-5 years of total and recent Project Management experience
- Experience recently in large, fast-paced enterprise environments
- Strong understanding of software development projects
- Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Experience managing pricing initiatives and go-to-market projects
- Ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously
- Strong stakeholder management skills; proactive and persistent communicator
- Knowledge of process workflows
- Experience with Smartsheet or similar project management tools
- Nice-to-Haves:
- Prior experience in highly matrixed organizations
- Background supporting business transformation or growth initiatives
- PMP or similar certification
