Senior Client Support Analyst

Chicago - Hybrid

About The Role:

We are seeking a skilled and seasoned Senior Client Support Analyst to join our dedicated Client Support team, which serves our large institutional clients utilizing our cutting-edge low latency proprietary trading platform. If you are a proactive problem-solver who excels in a collaborative and dynamic environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you. The Client Support Analyst role is a full-time exempt position, reporting directly to our Head of Desk Support.

What You'll Do:
  • Provide Level 1 and 2 Support for trade, system, and integration issues under the guidance of the Client Support Manager. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
    • First and second-level telephone, chat, and email support for clients using GUI-based or automated remote trading applications
    • Trade support and troubleshooting of application-level issues related to orders generated by our proprietary algorithms
    • Resolving system and client connectivity issues
    • Investigating order routing issues between the company and multiple execution brokers
    • Performing QA on internal trading tools, algorithms, and risk applications, and documenting as necessary
    • Assisting with client onboarding and account creation
  • Collaborate closely with our Enterprise Operations, Sales/Business Development, and Development teams
  • Train new support analysts and lead support team initiatives
What We're Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Preferred concentrations in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or Computer Science
  • Experience with FIX protocol is recommended
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, and C#, with a strong understanding of US Equities, Derivatives (Indexes and Options), and Futures
  • Must obtain SIE, Series 3, Series 7, and Series 63 licenses within 6 months of employment; having these licenses beforehand is highly advantageous
  • Ability to resolve issues promptly
  • Professional and motivated attitude
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Capability to manage multiple issues in a fast-paced, high-pressure technology environment
  • Independent self-starter with keen attention to detail
  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Available to work in a hybrid setting (minimum 3+ days in the office per week) at our state-of-the-art downtown Chicago office
