Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (APM) to lead complex, multi‑disciplinary initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive execution across multiple engineering and business teams.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage large‑scale, cross‑functional technical programs from inception through delivery.

* Leverage strong technical background to collaborate with software engineering, systems engineering, and IT infrastructure teams.

* Develop and manage detailed project schedules, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies, including oversight of data‑conversion projects.

* Apply project management best practices (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and adapt methodologies to the needs of each team.

* Communicate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders with clarity and precision.

* Analyze data, evaluate information sources for reliability, and prepare clear, actionable reports for leadership and other departments.

* Train junior team members and ensure proper organization, interpretation, and communication of collected data.

* Drive alignment across teams, influence without authority, and communicate effectively with senior leadership.

* Manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment while maintaining a focus on delivery.

Required skills:

* Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or similar technical project management role.

* Strong technical understanding of software development, systems engineering, and/or IT infrastructure.

* Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum/Waterfall).

* Excellent problem‑solving and analytical capabilities with an emphasis on scalable, practical solutions.

* Ability to influence and drive initiatives across multiple teams and leadership levels.

* Experience preparing and presenting reports based on data analysis.

* Basic Card Domain knowledge required.

* Strong verbal and written communication skills

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $61087 to $104364/yearly.

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
