A well-established, highly regulated enterprise is seeking an experienced Technology Sourcing & Procurement specialists to lead strategic sourcing initiatives across enterprise technology categories.

This is a high-impact role for a commercially minded procurement professional who thrives in complex environments and enjoys leading negotiations that deliver measurable value.

The successful candidate will drive end-to-end sourcing activity across IT products, services and solutions. Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders including Technology, Finance, Legal, Risk and Vendor Management, they will design and execute sourcing strategies that optimise cost, quality, service levels and risk mitigation.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong commercial acumen with relationship-building expertise and deep experience in technology contracting.

• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives across technology categories (software, infrastructure, cloud, professional services, etc.)
• Develop and execute competitive sourcing events (RFI, RFP, RFQ processes)
• Drive supplier negotiations to achieve cost efficiencies and contractual value
• Evaluate sourcing models including outsourcing, cloud, hybrid and in-house solutions
• Optimise total cost of ownership through structured supplier management and market benchmarking
• Partner with internal stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective commercial agreements
• Manage sourcing projects to agreed timelines, budgets and quality standards
• Ensure contractual agreements align with regulatory and risk requirements
• Leverage market intelligence and industry insights to inform sourcing strategies
• Support ongoing vendor performance and relationship management

• 6+ years’ experience in procurement, with significant exposure to technology sourcing
• Proven success managing complex sourcing projects within large, structured organisations
• Strong negotiation and contract management expertise
• Sound understanding of financial analysis and commercial modelling
• Experience with ERP systems and structured procurement processes
• Knowledge of IT asset management and supplier risk considerations
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills across all organisational levels
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Professional procurement certifications (e.g., CPSM, CIPS or equivalent) are advantageous.
