Proaction International is looking for an Implementation & Client Success Consultant who will lead the implementation, adoption, and long-term success of our UTrakk customers. This role combines project leadership, change management, and product expertise, with a strong focus on configuration and utilization.

Your main responsibilities will be:
Implementation projects:
- Lead UTrakk implementation projects (coordination, training, support, and liaison with the technical team), both remotely and on-site.
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring clear communication, issue resolution, and delivery quality.
- Guide and coach clients on best practices to optimize feature usage and drive adoption.
- Introduce UTrakk functionalities and actively stimulate utilization across client teams.
- Manage project scope, change requests, risks, and dependencies.
- Answer user questions and act as a functional and technical liaison between clients and the development team.
- Lead adoption committees, present new features, and collect feedback, irritants, and evolving needs.
- Identify optimization opportunities
- Build and maintain strong, long-term, trust-based relationships with clients.
- Participate in the needs analysis and functional validations of new product functions with the development team
- Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams to implement initiatives to continuously improve the client experience
- Conduct product demos online or in person
- 3 to 5+ years of experience in customer success, consulting, or project coordination in a SaaS environment.
- University degree in business, technology, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken (Spanish is an asset).
- Experience with operations management, manufacturing, or distribution environments is an asset.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel frequently in North America
- Passionate about technology with strong change management skills
- Motivated by evolving environments and continuous improvement.
- Skilled at building relationships across all organizational levels.
- Able to identify business opportunities and contribute to customer development
