Kinaxis Solution Architect

Insight Global is seeking a Kinaxis Solution Architect to join a leading supply chain software company on a remote basis. The Solution Architect plays a critical role in supporting clients through the pre-implementation and implementation phases of enterprise-level supply chain transformation projects. You will work closely with sales, delivery, and client teams to design scalable, high-impact solutions that align with business goals and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients during the pre-sales and discovery phases to understand business needs and define solution scope.
- Lead the end-to-end solution design process, from blueprinting technical requirements to overseeing implementation.
- Serve as the primary architectural lead on large-scale supply chain software deployments.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Guide and mentor functional consultants and implementation teams.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.
- Facilitate workshops, present solution designs, and support stakeholder engagement.

This role is 100% remote but will require travel as needed (up to 75%) in North America and occasionally Europe.

Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of experience in supply chain software implementations.
- 3+ years as a Solution Architect on enterprise-level transformation projects.
- Deep expertise in supply chain planning solutions, specifically Kinaxis Maestro & Rapid Response
- Strong experience in blueprinting technical requirements and solution mapping.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to work in client-facing roles and manage stakeholder expectations.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Proficiency with SQL, R and/or Java Script
