- Guide and assist the Bureau/Department on the methods and techniques for presenting evidence using appropriate technology tools and techniques.

- Identify and implement technology trends, perform systems upgrades, and maintain technology used for presentations.

- Assist Department/Bureau staff with the preparation of electronic visual presentations.

- Provide training and assistance regarding the use of technology throughout the office.
