Location: Chicago, IL
Compensation: $150,000-$155,000
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled IAM Architect with strong Okta expertise and a deep understanding of security, workflow, and identity management. This role provides architectural leadership, drives delivery of enterprise solutions, and leads complex cross-functional initiatives.
Must-Have Technical / Functional Skills
- Strong Okta standards and product knowledge
- Expertise in Information Security, SDLC, and Database Systems
- Hands-on experience with Identity, Access, and Workflow technologies
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
- Lead planning, development, monitoring, and delivery of IAM services
- Provide architectural oversight for new and enhanced security solutions
- Support design, development, testing, and deployment activities
- Recommend and drive automation and process improvements
- Ensure system stability and availability across IAM platforms
- Act as a multi-disciplinary expert across IAM and security domains
- Execute on strategic direction for the business function
- Lead complex initiatives and high-visibility programs
- Partner cross-functionally to improve efficiency and productivity
