As the Customer Support - Technical Analyst, you'll work directly with Trans Union's external B2B customers, helping them resolve technical issues, navigate onboarding, and successfully use our applications and data products.
What You'll Bring:
- 3+ years of technical support experience, supporting external or B2B customers.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Intermediate level knowledge of product / service capabilities, system interdependencies / data flow, and technical tools for troubleshooting intermediate to advanced level customer technical questions and incidents
- Experience with relational databases, SQL, Splunk (Searches, Dashboards, Alerting), Excel (Formulas and Pivot Tables)
- Experience with Triaging connectivity and digital certificates
- Experience with reading & evaluating credit data
- Support customer facing Global Technology projects
- Support Trans Union customers with a range of technical support needs. Less complex items at first (account management, digital certificates, basic application troubleshooting) and you will progress gradually into supporting more complex items (customer onboarding, application errors, credit file and data investigations)
- What you'll accomplish - extensive knowledge in Trans Union products and services, deep relationships across the sales and support organizations, training newer team members, leading customer and product Onboarding initiatives, providing after hours support for urgent issues
Adherence to Company policies, sound judgment and trustworthiness, working safely, communicating respectfully, and safeguarding business operations, confidential and proprietary information, and the Company's reputation are also essential expectations of this position.
This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

Pay Scale Information :
The U.S. base salary range for this position is $67,500.00 - $112,500 annually.
