Core

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Lead the creation and implementation of integrated marketing strategies, including demand generation, content marketing, digital campaigns, and event sponsor ships, tailored to target CISOs, risk managers, legal teams, and insurance executives.
  • Build and mentor a team, including overseeing associates and external agencies, while fostering a culture of innovation and data-driven decision-making.
  • Drive lead generation and pipeline growth through advanced tactics, SEO/SEM, paid media (e.g., Linked In, Google Ads), and marketing automation, with a focus on measurable KPIs.
  • Develop compelling thought leadership content, including whitepapers, webinars, case studies, and executive briefings, that position Digital Mint as an authority in cybersecurity incident response and cryptocurrency forensics and investigations.
  • Cultivate and leverage strong industry contacts to secure partnerships, speaking opportunities, and co-marketing initiatives with key players in fintech, cybersecurity, and insurance sectors.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor landscapes, and customer insights to refine messaging and go-to-market plans, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and company goals.
  • Oversee budget allocation, campaign performance tracking (using tools like Google Analytics, Hub Spot, and Salesforce), and reporting to executive leadership, with an emphasis on ROI and continuous optimization.
  • Represent Digital Mint at high-profile industry events, conferences and networking forums to build brand equity and generate strategic opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
  • Must have the ability to travel to the Chicago HQ to facilitate in-person collaboration and local event participation when needed.
  • Expertise in B2B marketing tools and platforms, including CRM (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation (e.g., Hub Spot, Marketo), analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau), and content management systems.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence C-level executives and distill complex technical concepts into compelling narratives.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-stakes environments, with a results-oriented mindset and resilience in regulated industries.
  • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership experience in marketing, including team management and strategic oversight, preferably in B2B fintech, cybersecurity, SaaS, or financial services.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; MBA or advanced certification (e.g., CMO-level credentials) is desired but not required.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue-impacting results, such as increasing lead volume by X% or achieving Y% growth in brand awareness—candidates must provide verifiable examples and metrics from prior roles.
  • Strong, established network of contacts in cybersecurity, fintech, insurance, or enterprise technology sectors, which will be validated through references and interviews.
  • Experience in communications or marketing for incident response/security services.
  • Advanced skills in data analytics, AI-driven marketing tools, or video/content production.
  • History of successful product launches or rebranding efforts in tech-driven, cybersecurity, or incident response markets.
