• Establish and lead the firm‑wide innovation and AI strategy aligned to growth, margin expansion, scalability, pricing discipline, quality, and risk objectives
• Define and prioritize the AI‑enabled transformation roadmap and investment strategy
• Serve as executive authority on AI, innovation, and emerging technology, advising senior leadership and the Board
• Design and govern a disciplined enterprise innovation pipeline from ideation through scaled adoption with clear ROI accountability
• Partner with the CIO to align AI strategy with firm technology, security, and platform standards
• Oversee the Data Intelligence Services function to enhance quality, efficiency, and enterprise value

• Identify and prioritize high‑impact AI and automation use cases aligned with client and service line priorities
• Redesign workflows and service delivery models to improve productivity, quality, scalability, and margin performance
• Sponsor and scale pilots, proofs‑of‑concept, and new service offerings that enhance competitive differentiation
• Establish structured intake, evaluation, funding, and transition processes to move innovation from concept to enterprise adoption
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to translate innovation capabilities into revenue opportunities

• Lead AI governance, including policy, controls, model risk oversight, and ethical standards
• Drive firm‑wide AI adoption and fluency through education and champion networks
• Establish KPIs and dashboards to measure adoption, ROI, pricing impact, productivity, and business outcomes
• Monitor regulatory developments, industry trends, and competitive innovation to inform strategy

• 10+ years of progressive leadership across innovation, digital transformation, AI, or technology strategy, with special emphasis on AI leadership in recent years
• Proven experience delivering enterprise‑scale transformation in professional services, public accounting, consulting, legal, or similarly regulated industries
• Demonstrated ability to translate innovation and AI into measurable business impact, productivity gains, margin expansion, revenue growth, and pricing improvement
• Proven experience modernizing service delivery models using automation, analytics, and AI

• Experience with in a public accounting or professional services firm
• Experience building or leading innovation offices, AI programs or digital transformation functions
• Enterprise change leadership experience involving advanced technology adoption
