EPIC Willow Inpatient Analyst

Job Description

• Working task tickets they get in from pharm ops team to help fix or build new teams in the epic system
• Projects- time is mostly spent in pent in epic doing daily build and maintenance
• Able to meet deadlines and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of technology such as hardware, networks, and applications.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience creating and delivering presentations for projects.

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent certification) in healthcare, business management, or information systems.
• At least 2 years of experience working with information system software solutions.
• Epic Willow Ambulatory certification
