The Partnerships Data Team provides the critical data infrastructure, products, insights and governance required to enable Capital One’s External Partners and internal functional areas.

About the Team

As the linchpin of our high‑stakes Data Reliability & Modernization initiative, you will lead the charge in building a resilient, future‑ready data ecosystem. You will be the voice for data integrity, navigating complex enterprise roadmaps and cross‑functional domains to ensure our technical evolution directly bolsters partner trust and operational resilience.

The Mission
  • Drive Strategic Vision:
    Develop and execute the product roadmap for partnership investments through innovative, data‑focused technology.

  • Lead Modernization:
    Spearhead Card/Enterprise alignment initiatives and steer engineering teams through complex technical transformations.

  • Deliver Insights:
    Modernize partner reporting solutions to surface deep data insights that drive business growth.

  • Collaborate Cross‑Functionally:
    Navigate across Partnership domains and Enterprise teams to ensure seamless data integration and governance.

Basic Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of experience working in Product Management

  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:

    • A Bachelor s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)

    • A Master s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
