IT Project Manager

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and services industry, is seeking a dedicated IT Project Manager to join their dynamic team. As an IT Project Manager, you will be an integral part of the project management office supporting various teams involved in strategic IT initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving, which will align successfully within the organization.

IT Project Manager

• Function as an agile project or program manager overseeing multiple complex programs and projects with high‑risk profiles.
• Facilitate the delivery of customer‑centric outcomes through consistent methods, engagement, and systematic work reduction.
• Establish positive, collaborative relationships with customers to meet their goals and objectives.
• Lead teams in developing and maintaining project artifacts such as scope, approach, plan, resources, and estimates for IT application development or infrastructure projects.
• Define project schedules and scope, ensuring timely and systematic delivery of outcomes for clients.

• Minimum of 8 years of experience managing high‑risk, strategic IT enterprise projects involving application development and infrastructure.
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Scrum or SAFe Agile certification and PMP or Prince 2 Certification.
• Experience as an agile coach is preferred.
• Proven ability to lead full lifecycle software development using industry best practices, including agile, hybrid, and waterfall methodologies.
