Chief Digital Innovation, Strategy & Content Marks & SVP, Propelis

Hybrid in Chicago, Toronto or NY

• Reporting to Marks’ President, serve as an SVP-level leader focused on evolving the Marks global business through innovation and product development centered on AI automation, while also leading global Digital Strategy, Digital Services, and the Marks Content Solutions Practice.
• Act as the hands-on driver of Marks technology strategy, setting direction for tools and tech processes, and partnering with the engineering development team at 5
  
  Flow (Propelis’ Technology Company) as well as Adobe, AWS and other 3rd party partners to build solutions.
• Lead the following Practice Areas:
• Digital Services Team — a matrixed SME team providing strategic, creative, and content production guidance to Marks CS and Creatives teams, delivering e-COM and Social Activation services to clients globally.
• Global Content Solutions — an interconnected team including 10 photo studios, 150 CGI/visualization artists, and re-touchers.
• Engineering & Structural Design and Global Digital Strategy.

• Strategic and digitally minded agency executive, potentially having run an agency, or at minimum a meaningful contributor to the leadership team.
• Technologically grounded with knowledge of how AI is transforming the agency landscape.
• Hands-on with the tools agencies are using today; immersed in digital innovation; experience in CS or Strategy or general management is a plus.
• Interest in Marks’ space within the marketing ecosystem—a design-led agency expanding in scalable digital content, creative campaigns, and branded environments/experiential marketing with high-profile clients.

The U.S. pay range for this position is $220,000 - $280,000 USD annually, with compensation determined by location, experience, and other job-related factors. Group benefits include health care plans with prescription drug coverage, dental, vision, life insurance, flexible spending or health savings accounts, disability coverage, and a 401(k) plan.
