Position Summary

The Business Intelligence Manager is responsible for keeping internal and external stakeholders aware of company and campaign results. This role includes BI storytelling and cross‑functional integration, with the goal of improving company‑wide results on our main set of face‑to‑face sales campaigns. This role does not engage in any selling.
Responsibilities- Lead and develop the Business Intelligence analyst team by overseeing workloads, resolving issues, and ensuring timely, high‑quality delivery of reporting and insights.
- Manage department projects from ideation through completion, anticipating business needs and ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
- Design, maintain, and deliver a comprehensive portfolio of reports and dashboards to evaluate performance, trends, and campaign effectiveness.
- Analyze data to identify insights, strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities, translating findings into clear recommendations and action plans.
- Present trends, analyses, and insights to internal and external stakeholders in a clear, actionable manner.
- Proactively identify business and operational issues through alerts, monitoring, and root‑cause analysis, managing issues through resolution and closure.
- Lead cross‑functional and external initiatives related to data handoffs, system integrations, and reporting or communication process development.
- Collaborate with leadership and department partners to align data, reporting, and business decisions with strategic goals.
- Continuously improve processes, data quality, reporting methods, and communication of insights and calls to action.
- Develop, document, and oversee departmental standards, workflows, and best practices.
- Build, test, publish, and maintain reports using Qlik Sense, Mail & Deploy, and other BI platforms; experience with Tableau and Power BI is desired, with the expectation of self‑driven learning and adoption of new tools as business needs evolve.
- Advise on system changes, enhancements, or adoptions that support departmental and company objectives.
- Perform ongoing quality control of data, reports, and team deliverables.
- Serve as a trusted data advisor by interpreting data and guiding teams on how to leverage insights to improve and streamline operations.
- Perform other duties as needed to support overall business objectives.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Analytics, or a related field.
- 5+ years experience in data analytics.
- 3+ years in experience in people management.
- 3+ years in project management.
- Deep understanding of KPI management and hands‑on experience with dashboards development and presentation.
- Experience using Qlik and Mail & Deploy, Power
BI, Tableau or similar report visualization platforms preferred. - Proficient in Excel with a working knowledge of SQL, Python, VB script and/or similar skills.
- Highly motivated and self‑driven professional with a desire to improve operations.
- Ability to handle critical situations in a calm and effective manner.
- Proactive and solution oriented, with excellent communication skills.
- Seeks out solutions to problems through research and collaboration.
- Effective time management including ability to multi‑task, organize and prioritize.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proven ability to design and present compelling and clear stories from data.
- $100,000-$110,000 annually
