Position: Post-Trade Client Services & Risk - Summer 2026
CME Group is currently looking for a Post-Trade Client Services & Risk summer intern. This candidate will assist the Post-Trade Client Services & Risk on day-to-day activities in support of our clearing applications and customer support. The Post-Trade Client Services & Risk Intern provides primary-level problem resolution & customer service to all current & potential clients/Principal Accountabilities:
* Develop an understanding of CME Clearing infrastructure and internal operational processes and applications, such as account set-ups, trade submission workflows, and support of OTC clearing.
* Assist in solving problems, testing, and creating documentation across all asset classes/initiatives.
* Provide excellent customer service across all asset classes and initiatives. Provide clear/professional responses to client queries, provide day to day support of customer questions.

Skills / Software Requirements:
* Must work well in a team environment
* Self-motivated and curious individual
* Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Excel preferred
* Strong analytical, quantitative, and organizational skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Education:

* Currently pursuing a BA/BS
* Majors in relevant business degree or applicable STEM fields preferred, but not required.

The pay range typically applicable to our intern roles is $21.68--$36.10.

Actual pay offered will be dependent on a wide array of factors including but not limited to: relevant experience, skills, education, location of the internship, and the internship area of focus.
