Hearts & Science is a data‑driven marketing agency that delivers real‑time insights to guide brand strategies. It provides media planning and buying, shopper marketing, marketing innovation, and content activation. The Data Science team works closely with marketing science specialists to exceed client business goals.

• Build advanced ML models for audience clustering and segmentation, scaling, and deploying custom audiences across platforms and publishers.

• Run descriptive and diagnostic analyses to measure campaign performance within clean rooms and analytics platforms such as Google ADH, Facebook Advanced Analytics, Amazon Marketing Cloud, etc.

• Deliver high‑quality work on set deadlines; maintain the quality of all analytical outputs.

• Use coding skills to improve process efficiencies.

• Build decks and reports that translate analytic results for internal and client teams.

• Contribute to tetra DS practice knowledge by creating decks, documents, and other artifacts.

• Hands‑on programming in SQL, Python, R, or similar.
• Intermediate exposure to machine learning techniques and causal models.
• Advanced presentation and communication skills.
• Experience working with non‑technical teams.
• Knowledge of digital clean rooms and related strategy.

• Certifications in Meta Blueprint, SQL, Python, or R (online).
• University degree in mathematics, computer science, statistics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in informatics, advertising, consulting, or digital consulting.
• Understanding of agency‑side execution processes is desirable.

Compensation Range: $70,000—$110,000 USD, based on experience, qualifications, and location. The Company reserves the right to modify the pay range.
