The Data and Reporting Analyst plays a key role in the design, development and implementation of Lawndale’s business intelligence strategies. This position will work with different users to identify data and reporting requirements and transform them into actionable data-driven insights. The ideal candidate must be able to work in a collaborative fast-paced development environment and deliver results that are timely and accurately.

• Excellent technical skills
• Strong collaborative and team-driven development skills.
• Project management
• 2+ years’ experience working database structures and SQL programming
• 2+ years’ experience working with reporting and data visualization tools such as SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), Micro Strategy, Power BI or Tableau.
• 2+ years’ experience working with data integration tools is desirable. Experience with building data models and cubes using SSAS or Power BI. Experience working with API’s.
• Healthcare data experience is helpful.
• Experience working with SharePoint Online is helpful.
• .NET development experience will be a plus.

• Bachelors or Arts degree or comparable experience.
