E-commerce Expert

We are seeking a versatile E-commerce Expert with proven experience managing and growing sales across leading online platforms, including Amazon, eBay, and Shopify. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of marketplace management, product listing optimization, advertising campaigns, inventory control, and customer service on multiple e-commerce channels. You will drive revenue growth, improve brand visibility, and deliver outstanding customer experiences.

• Manage and optimize product listings, pricing, and promotions on Amazon Seller/Vendor Central, eBay Seller Central, and Shopify stores.
• Develop and execute advertising campaigns (PPC) on Amazon and eBay to maximize sales and ROI.
• Customize and maintain Shopify stores, including theme updates, app integrations, SEO optimization, and inventory management.
• Monitor marketplace performance, sales analytics, and customer feedback to continuously improve listings and marketing strategies.
• Coordinate order fulfillment, inventory management, and shipping logistics across platforms to ensure timely delivery and stock availability.
• Respond to customer inquiries, manage reviews and feedback, and resolve disputes to maintain excellent seller ratings and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on policies, trends, and best practices for Amazon, eBay, and Shopify to ensure compliance and leverage new opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to plan product launches, seasonal promotions, and cross-channel campaigns.
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify growth opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.

• Proven experience managing e-commerce accounts on Amazon, eBay, and Shopify (minimum 2 years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of marketplace algorithms, SEO, listing optimization, and digital advertising (PPC) on these platforms.
• Experience with inventory management, pricing strategies, and fulfillment options (FBA, FBM, eBay shipping, Shopify logistics).
• Proficient in using e-commerce tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Terapeak, Shopify Apps, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales data to drive actionable improvements.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple platforms and projects efficiently.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field is a plus.

• Experience with international marketplaces and cross-border e-commerce.
• Familiarity with other e-commerce platforms and marketplaces is a bonus.
• Knowledge of e-commerce digital marketing strategies beyond PPC, such as email marketing and social media integration.
