** The Technology Solutions (“TS”) Department is responsible for designing and delivering state of the art technology solutions that are designed to create efficiency, mitigate risk and grow revenue for the Firm. Technology Solutions is also responsible for defining, managing and executing a robust Cyber Security program following the NIST Cyber Security Framework. Technology Solutions focuses on technical excellence through innovative application designs, robust data integration and analytics, high availability infrastructure and gold level service for our key stakeholders with information security embedded throughout.

Critical functions within Technology Solutions include Project Management, Vendor Management, Business Analysis, Enterprise Data Governance and Stewardship, Application Development and 3rd Party Integration, Strategic and Secure Infrastructure and Operations. The Technology Solutions Department collaborates closely with Firm leadership and business unit heads to develop plans in line with business objectives.
** Position Responsibilities
** Technology Solutions seeks an experienced Dev Ops Scrum Master to drive Azure Dev Ops (ADO) and project management standards based on Scrum. This role involves championing Agile best practices, fostering collaboration and ensuring continuous improvement across teams. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with expertise in Agile, Scrum and project management.

Responsibilities:
* Participate in the evolution of the Firm’s Agile standards and processes:  + Establishing, communicating and reinforcing standards across development teams while driving accountability and ownership  + Ensuring standards, processes and tools support successful sprint / cycle activities with progress and quality visible through metrics  + Guiding teams in Agile / Scrum practices aligned with Firm standards, facilitating Scrum events as needed and recommending adjustments where appropriate
* Facilitate Scrum meetings:  + Ensuring standards are consistently followed across all Scrum meetings and practices  + Focusing on removing impediments and providing feedback to support continuous improvement  + Aligning product delivery goals and ensuring they are clear, prioritized and fully understood by the delivery team  + Assisting with backlog refinement, preparation for upcoming sprints and aligning on sprint and release objectives
* Demonstrate strong Agile project management:  + Meeting with team leaders to identify scope, tasks, dependencies, timelines and schedules  + Supporting team in tracking impediments, risks and issues, ensuring timely assignment, follow‑through and resolution  + Tracking team velocity, sprint / release progress and delivery metrics  + Participating in the development and maintenance of Agile planning tools, including Power BI dashboards and reporting  + Developing Azure Dev Ops dashboards for monitoring  + Creating and maintaining data‑driven metrics that communicate progress, quality, bottlenecks and overall team performance  + Tracking and communicating team velocity and sprint / release progress to stakeholders  + Incorporating insights from metrics to improve standards and enhance the development lifecycle
* Cross‑Team coordination and product orientation:  + Owning and managing cross‑team dependencies proactively, ensuring visibility, alignment and timely resolution across all delivery teams  + Leading and facilitating the Scrum of Scrums process, driving coordination, surfacing risks, resolving cross‑team blockers and ensuring alignment on shared milestones and delivery expectations  + Working with teams to adopt a more product oriented mindset, ensuring teams understand customer value, business outcomes and how their work ties into broader Firm initiatives
* Continuous improvement:  + Understanding the maturity of each team and identifying and implementing coaching opportunities that reinforce our standards  + Proposing changes to ADO standards as teams mature or as new opportunities arise that benefit the Firm  + Leading…
