Business/System Analyst
Location:
Chicago, IL
Duration: 06+ Months Contract
- Create Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) for system enhancements.
- Facilitate sessions to document business needs and work with system analyst to develop Functional Specification Requirements (FRS).
- Lead user acceptance testing by developing and executing test scripts.
- Develop and update training materials, user manuals, and prepare documentation for assigned products.
- Provide daily production support to assigned system(s), identify production problems, and resolve system issues using Jira.
- Complete special projects, perform systems testing, and other assigned duties.
- Minimum 07+ years of experience.
