ICM Connect is hiring a Technical Specialist to support sales, deployment, and partner enablement across our growing cybersecurity portfolio. You will act as the bridge between our vendors, partners, and customers—delivering technical excellence in every stage of engagement.
Job Responsibilities- Support presales demos and solution presentations
- Guide POCs and technical evaluations
- Assist in partner training and technical onboarding
- Provide feedback to vendors based on field experience
- Advance to Solution Architect or Vendor Technical Lead
- Get exposure to multiple cybersecurity technologies
- Build regional technical influence across markets
- Focused technical challenges without overload
- Encouragement for certification and R&D time
- Flexibility in managing client engagement cycles
