Pay: $55 per hour (W2)
Duration: 6+ months
Travel: Occasional Travel (up to 20%)
OverviewWe are seeking an experienced RMS Support, Implementation & Learning Coordinator to join our global revenue management and systems support team. This role plays a critical part in supporting hotels and regional/corporate teams worldwide in the effective use of current and next-generation reservation and revenue management systems. The ideal candidate is highly organized, technically adept, and experienced in system implementation, maintenance, and training documentation.
You will partner with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, enhance system adoption, and ensure operational excellence across a global network.
- Provide end-to-end support for revenue and reservation systems, including implementation, training, and process documentation.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), user guides, quick reference materials, and translations.
- Coordinate implementation checklists to guide properties through pre-, mid-, and post-launch phases.
- Assist in the operational rollout of system enhancements and process improvements.
- Organize and track training for all revenue management systems—registering participants, managing communications, and reporting completion metrics.
- Collaborate with global training and support teams to ensure consistent messaging and knowledge sharing.
- Manage multiple systems, including IDeaS G3 RMS, Syn Xis, Opera/Opera Cloud, Envision, and RMT.
- Support and communicate effectively with hotel, regional, and corporate stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and deliver training updates.
- 2+ years of experience in a hotel industry coordinator-level role, preferably in revenue management or revenue systems.
- Experience with IDeaS G3 RMS and Syn Xis required.
- Working knowledge of Opera/Opera Cloud, Envision, and other revenue systems strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to create and maintain SOPs, user guides, and training materials.
- Strong project coordination and communication skills with experience managing multiple global stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook).
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, complex corporate environment.
- Additional language proficiency (Mandarin or Spanish preferred) is a plus.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% as needed for training or implementation support.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred (Hotel Management, Business, or related field ideal).
- Equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience will be considered.
