Overview

Job Description:

Northwestern Memorial ERP Systems Manager. [

Note:

Northwestern Memorial cannot sponsor any type of visa holder for this opening, including F-1 OPT STEM Extension Program.] Responsible for the management and optimization of Northwestern Medicine ERP systems. Works with business units to determine ERP requirements and optimization needs. Leads efforts to resolve ERP system and operating issues. Builds and directs a team that installs and integrates ERP software and apps, develops training and support for end users, and designs user-friendly interfaces and functionalities.

Monitors, measures, and reports customer service levels against agreed-upon performance standards. Establishes and maintains an ERP Service Line. Directs project execution to achieve successful, on-time, and on-budget IT commitments. Manages resource agility/versatility for direct reports and supports career path progression. Manages vendor relationships and collaborates with technical vendors on roadmaps and technical issues. Oversees operating and capital budgets. Tech stack includes: on-prem People Soft HCM, People Soft Payroll, People Soft Benefits;
Clickboarding;
Smart Recruiter;
Cornerstone; PS Web Solutions;
Phire;
Perceptive Content; UKG;
Microsoft Dynamics;
Service Now (incident management);
Azure Dev Ops (Agile project management). Determines People Soft requirements and optimization for Cloud Computing and SaaS solutions; supports delivery of work leveraging Agile, Scrum, and Kanban.

Qualifications
  • Required: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Technology field, or related field plus 5 years of progressive experience in information systems.
  • 5 years with: functional and technical healthcare experience supporting on-prem People Soft HCM, People Soft Payroll, People Soft Benefits.
  • 2 years with:
    Clickboarding, Smart Recruiter, Cornerstone, PS Web Solutions, Phire, Perceptive Content, UKG, Microsoft Dynamics, Service Now for incident management, Azure Dev Ops for Agile project management.
  • Experience must include: determining People Soft requirements and optimization for Cloud Computing and SaaS solutions;
    Agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban); establishing a Service Line in a healthcare setting; collaborating with technical vendors to address roadmaps and technical issues.

Hybrid schedule, within commutable distance to NMHC facility/Chicago area office. Must live in the state where NM is registered to do business. Salary range: $139,235/yr - $193,003/yr.
