Information Technology - Technical Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead to provide hands-on technical delivery support and lead offshore teams in implementing a real-time sanctions platform.

This role involves managing complex integration projects, ensuring compliance with enterprise standards, and delivering under compressed timelines in a global delivery environment.

• Collaborate with operations and technology teams to deliver platform transformation on time and within budget.
• Lead complex integration projects involving vended software and internal systems.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members.
• Create scalable, supportable, auditable, and testable solutions.
• Translate business objectives into technical requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
• Ensure adherence to enterprise architecture, data governance, and security standards.

• 10+ years of experience in:
• System integration, architecture, and sanctions system configuration.
• Integration development with vended systems using MQ for messaging exchanges.
• Deployment management and automated redundancy within design and architecture.
• Proven experience in global delivery structures for complex data acquisition programs.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Data governance, data quality, privacy, and security controls.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and communicate complex technical concepts to senior stakeholders.

• Experience with Firco Soft Continuity technologies.
• Familiarity with automation, RPA, machine learning principles, and model governance.
