Supply Chain Technology Project Manager

Contract Role – 6 Months

We are seeking a Supply Chain Technology Project Manager to act as the key bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams. This role is responsible for translating business needs into actionable technology initiatives—and ensuring delivery teams clearly understand priorities, risks, and expected outcomes.

You will own end-to-end delivery across multiple work streams, driving execution, alignment, and accountability in a fast-paced, evolving environment. This is a hands‑on role suited for someone highly organized, delivery-focused, and comfortable working across both technical and business domains.

• Own the end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent technology projects, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations are met
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and dependencies
• Proactively identify risks, issues, and blockers, and drive mitigation and resolution plans
• Ensure consistent execution against agreed priorities and commitments
• Act as a trusted advisor to both business and technology teams, fostering strong cross‑functional relationships
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and shape technology initiatives that deliver measurable business outcomes
• Gather, document, and manage business and technical requirements for approved initiatives
• Collaborate with testing teams to ensure test cases align with defined requirements
• Support and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) as needed
• Lead the resolution of functional system issues in coordination with service delivery and support teams

• 5–6+ years of experience in the technology industry
• 3+ years of experience as a Technology Project Manager, preferably within a supply chain or operations environment
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes and supporting systems
• Proven experience delivering projects using agile methodologies
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills across business and technical teams
• Ability to lead strategic discussions and translate them into high‑impact technology initiatives
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong change management and user training experience
• Bachelor’s or postgraduate degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline is a plus
