D365 F&O Supply Chain Analyst

Qorali are working with a enterprise organization searching for a Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Supply Chain Analyst to join their growing team and play a key role in shaping how they optimize, streamline, and scale end‑to‑end supply chain operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting and enhancing D365 F&O Supply Chain modules (Trade & Logistics, Procurement, Inventory, Warehouse Management, Master Planning).
• Working closely with business users to gather requirements, map processes, and translate needs into functional designs.
• Troubleshooting system issues, performing root‑cause analysis, and delivering practical solutions.
• Supporting configuration, testing, UAT, and deployment activities across ongoing projects and enhancements.
• Creating documentation, training materials, and supporting end‑user adoption.
• Collaborating with cross‑functional teams including Finance, Operations, IT, and external partners.
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and helping the business get the most from D365.

What We’re Looking For

• Hands‑on experience with D365 F&O (or AX2012) in Supply Chain modules.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes: procurement, inventory, warehousing, logistics, planning.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• Confident working with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in configuration, testing, and supporting D365 enhancements.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Nice to Have

• Exposure to WMS Advanced, MRP, or Transportation Management.
• Experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate).
• Background in manufacturing, distribution, or retail environments.
• Understanding of integrations and data migration.
