The Senior Project Manager will lead complex technology initiatives within the Corporate & Employee Technology organization, with a strong focus on Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and Open Text integrations. This contractor will primarily support a high‑visibility Private Link initiative within the ECM space, while also contributing to ongoing portfolio‑level PM responsibilities. This is a strategic, high‑impact role requiring strong leadership, technical fluency, and the ability to deliver within accelerated timelines.

• Lead and deliver complex technology projects end‑to‑end with minimal supervision.
• Manage planning, execution, monitoring, and closure phases in accordance with

• Drive day‑to‑day project activities including RAID management and stakeholder reporting.
• Partner with engineering, architecture, and business teams to ensure alignment.
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets, and risks.
• Support enterprise content management and Open Text‑related initiatives.
• Provide executive‑level status reporting and updates.
• Coordinate hybrid and co‑located teams (in‑office Tuesday‑Thursday).

• 10+ years of experience managing complex technology projects.
• Experience working in Enterprise Content Management (ECM) environments.
• Ability to manage technical integrations, data migration, and content workflows.
• Experience supporting Agile transformation at scale.
• Ability to ramp quickly with minimal onboarding.

• Open Text platform experience.
• Open Text Content Server or related ECM modules.
• Experience managing Open Text or ECM implementations.
• Technical PM / TPM‑level understanding.
• Experience leveraging AI/LLM tools to improve productivity.
