Dine Amic Hospitality is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to build and execute comprehensive digital strategies that drive traffic, engagement, and customer acquisition. They are responsible for owning digital marketing initiatives from strategy through execution, optimization, and reporting to ensure performance goals are met and exceeded. This role serves as the primary driver of paid digital advertising—particularly Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising—and is accountable for seeing campaigns through end to end.
The Digital Marketing Manager collaborates closely with internal teams to align marketing efforts with broader business objectives and support sustained brand growth.
Ideal candidates have at least 5 years of digital marketing experience, proven hands-on ownership of Meta ad campaigns, strong analytical and organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with accountability and precision.
Responsibilities- Digital Marketing Strategy + Campaign Ownership
- Own the development, execution, and optimization of digital marketing strategies across paid media, SEO, email, and social channels
- Serve as the primary owner and driver of Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising, including strategy, audience development, budgeting, creative direction, testing, optimization, and performance reporting
- Manage campaigns end to end—actively launching, monitoring, optimizing, and scaling performance
- Ensure all digital initiatives align with brand standards, business objectives, and ROI targets
- Identify emerging trends, platforms, and opportunities to improve digital performance
- Paid Media + Performance Marketing
- Lead all paid media efforts, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other paid social or display platforms
- Build, manage, and pace budgets while monitoring forecasts and return on ad spend
- Execute A/B testing across creative, copy, audiences, and landing pages to improve conversion and efficiency
- Partner with design and content teams to produce high-performing creative assets
- Analytics, Reporting + Optimization
- Track and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Hub Spot, and SEMrush
- Monitor KPIs including traffic, conversions, customer acquisition cost, ROAS, and engagement metrics
- Translate performance data into clear insights and actionable recommendations
- Provide regular reporting to marketing leadership and key stakeholders
- SEO, Content + Email Marketing
- Develop and manage SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search visibility
- Collaborate with content teams to ensure all digital content is optimized for search, engagement, and conversion
- Oversee email marketing campaigns including segmentation, content coordination, and performance analysis
- Social Media + Brand Presence
- Oversee organic and paid social strategies to build brand awareness and engagement
- Collaborate with social media and creative teams on content calendars and campaign messaging
- Monitor social trends, competitor activity, and platform updates to inform strategy
- Cross-Functional Collaboration + Leadership
- Work closely with Sales, Product, Design, and Content teams to support launches, promotions, and growth initiatives
- Communicate clearly across teams to ensure alignment, accountability, and execution
- Balance multiple campaigns, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience with demonstrated ownership of paid media campaigns
- Proven, hands-on experience managing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ads from strategy through execution, optimization, and reporting
- Proficiency with Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Hub Spot, SEMrush, and email marketing platforms
