We’re seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to design and deliver scalable, secure, enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud within a highly regulated environment. This role blends hands‑on development, architecture, integration, and Dev Ops ownership — ideal for someone who enjoys building clean, high-performance solutions that directly impact business growth and operational efficiency.

• Design and develop solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL
• Implement complex business logic using Apex + Salesforce Flow
• Lead enterprise integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, ETL, middleware) connecting Salesforce with ERP, Azure AD/B2C, and third-party platforms
• Own CI/CD pipelines in Azure Dev Ops, manage sandboxes, and support IaC/TDD practices
• Administer and secure Salesforce (roles, profiles, OWD, sharing, validation rules, data integrity)
• Partner cross-functionally with business, architects, QA, and vendors in an Agile environment

• 5+ years hands‑on Salesforce development experience
• Strong expertise in Sales Cloud (Marketing Cloud experience highly valued)
• Salesforce Admin & Platform Developer I certifications (required)
• Deep understanding of integrations, authentication, and security models
• Experience with CI/CD (Azure Dev Ops or Git Hub Enterprise)
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions

• Dynamics CRM → Salesforce migration experience
• .NET background
