General Summary / Basic PurposeUnder general direction, provides Help desk support to end users for either PC and or server applications and hardware. May interact with network services, software systems engineering, and/or applications development to restore service and/or to resolve operating difficulties. Recommends system modifications to reduce user problems. Performs system analysis and backup processes. Ensures overall Enterprise Information Center security. Maintains currency and the highest level of technical skill in the field of expertise.
Minimum Education- Generally, a Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university
- With a major in computer science, business, or public health is required, but two or more years of appropriate experience with the systems in use at Sinai may be substituted.
- Two or more years of Help Desk experience. Possibly consider experience with the appropriate systems in use at Sinai may be substituted.
- MCSE or equivalent is desired but not required.
