Tableau Developer

• Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports supporting banking operations KPIs, SLAs, and regulatory reporting across transaction processing, payments and settlements, loan servicing, reconciliations, and operational risk. Etc.
• Build intuitive, high performance visualizations following Tableau best practices for usability, scalability, and performance optimization.
• Integrate Tableau with enterprise data sources including SQL Server, Oracle, Teradata, Snowflake, and data warehouses/lakes; create and maintain extracts, calculated fields, parameters, and LOD expressions.
• Partner with data engineering teams to ensure data quality, lineage, and consistent business definitions.
• Translate operational and regulatory requirements into compliant reporting solutions aligned with banking controls, audit standards, data privacy, and information security policies.
• Collaborate with Operations, Business Analysts, Risk, Compliance, and Technology teams to gather requirements, deliver solutions, and present insights to senior leadership.
• Provide Tableau user support, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
• Continuously optimize dashboards, automate manual reporting, and stay current with Tableau enhancements and financial services visualization trends.
