Job Title:
Genesys IVR Call Center With Health care Experience

- Expert in designing inbound/outbound IVR flows, chatbots, secure call flows, and omnichannel routing.
- Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce CRM, Oracle CRM, and third-party APIs via Genesys REST APIs.
- Skilled in IVR and Bot development using Genesys Architect, Composer, IRD, ORS, URS, and Google Dialogflow CX / AWS Lex.
- Proficient in migration from Engage to Cloud CX, optimizing performance, scalability, and customer engagement.
- Strong experience with Dev Ops tools:
Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, and Postman. - Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, ensuring successful delivery of high-availability CX solutions.
