As the Global Functions AI Solutions Lead you will spearhead the development and implementation of AI‑driven solutions to enhance effectiveness and efficiency within Pepsi Co’s finance, legal, and R&D innovation functions. The role involves leveraging AI to optimize financial operations, ensure legal compliance, support innovative R&D efforts, and deliver strategic insights that bolster Pepsi Co's global functions.

The Global Functions AI Solutions Lead will play a critical role in advancing Pepsi Co's AI capabilities by leading the development and execution of scalable AI solutions within our finance, legal, and R&D innovation functions. This position demands strategic leadership, operational execution, and cross‑functional collaboration to ensure AI solutions align with Pepsi Co's overall objectives and can be effectively implemented and scaled across various business units, sectors, and regions.

• Formulate AI strategies to optimize financial operations, enhance legal compliance, and drive R&D innovation.
• Develop frameworks for integrating AI solutions across global functions to achieve strategic business objectives.

• Lead the implementation of AI solutions to enhance efficiency in financial forecasting, automate legal compliance workflows, and support innovative R&D processes.
• Develop and deploy AI models for predictive analytics, financial optimizations, legal risk assessments, and R&D progression.

• Collaborate with finance, legal, and R&D teams to understand and translate their needs into actionable AI solutions.
• Work with cross‑functional teams, including data scientists, AI engineers, and functional leaders, to ensure AI solutions are effectively integrated and add value.

• Establish metrics to evaluate the performance of AI solutions across finance, legal, and R&D functions.
• Continuously optimize AI models based on performance data, evolving business needs, and industry advancements.

• The expected compensation range for this position is between $125,900 - $249,900.
• Location, confirmed job‑related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
• Bonus based on performance; target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out annually and an additional target payout of 0% of annual salary paid out over 3 years following the end of the performance period.
• Long‑term incentive equity may be awarded based on eligibility and performance.
