We’re looking for a strategic, analytical leader to shape the future of marketing performance the Director of Marketing Strategy & Analytics
, you’ll architect how we plan, measure, and optimize the marketing engine — from pipeline creation to revenue impact.
You’ll partner closely with Corporate Marketing, Growth & Demand, Product Marketing, Finance, and Rev Ops to translate data into decisions that accelerate growth. This role is ideal for a marketing strategist who thrives on turning complexity into clarity and insight into action.
Responsibilities- Lead Marketing Performance Strategy:
Define how marketing drives business growth — from pipeline modeling to campaign ROI frameworks - Own the marketing measurement strategy, including definitions of MQL, pipeline, and attribution.
- Build executive-level dashboards that connect marketing investment to revenue performance.
- Drive Cross-Functional Planning:
Partner with GTM Finance and Sales Strategy on planning cycles, forecasts, and investment scenarios. - Translate business goals into marketing targets, quarterly OKRs, and performance scorecards.
- Lead strategic initiatives such as territory expansion, channel mix optimization, and product growth motions.
- Build and Scale Analytics Infrastructure:
Lead a team of analysts and marketing ops professionals to ensure data integrity and actionable insights. - Define KPIs across the funnel — from awareness and engagement through opportunity creation.
- Drive adoption of advanced analytics, segmentation, and predictive modeling.
- Influence Decisions Across Leadership:
Serve as the key advisor to marketing and executive leadership on performance strategy. - Present findings to C-level stakeholders, shaping investment priorities and GTM strategy.
- Champion a culture of data fluency and evidence-based decision-making.
- Strategic Operator:
You think in systems, frameworks, and long-term levers for growth. - Analytical Storyteller:
You can turn data into narrative — connecting the dots between metrics and market impact. - Cross-Functional Leader:
