We are seeking an experienced ETL Tester Specialist with strong expertise in ETL processes, SQL, Quality Assurance, and Test Automation . The ideal candidate will ensure the quality and reliability of data pipelines, applications, and services by performing comprehensive quality engineering activities across the software development lifecycle.

As a Quality Engineer , you will be responsible for planning, designing, and executing a wide range of tests to ensure that all applications meet organizational quality standards and end‑user expectations.

• Perform end‑to‑end ETL testing, including data validation, transformation logic testing, and data reconciliation.
• Write and execute complex SQL queries for data validation and analysis.
• Validate data movement across various data sources, staging layers, and target systems.
• Analyze and troubleshoot data issues, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Implement and maintain automated test scripts for ETL and API layers.
• Contribute to continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to improve testing efficiency.
• Leverage test automation tools to accelerate execution cycles.

• Hands‑on experience in ETL Testing and SQL

• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL workflows, and data pipelines.
• Experience with QA methodologies, defect lifecycle, and SDLC/STLC.
• Proficiency in test automation frameworks/tools (e.g., Python, Selenium, Informatica, or similar).
• Experience with performance testing

  , and environment management.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure Dev Ops, Git Lab, etc.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $68034 to $77904

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting.
