IT Analyst

Job Description

We are seeking an IT Support professional to provide reliable day‑to‑day technical assistance in a fast‑paced environment. This role is responsible for supporting internal users, maintaining endpoint and SaaS systems.

• Deliver timely technical support to internal users, resolving hardware, software, and access–related issues
• Manage onboarding and off‑boarding by provisioning and deprovisioning user accounts, devices, and system access
• Triage, prioritize, and resolve support tickets, escalating complex or unresolved issues as needed
• Support and troubleshoot a variety of SaaS applications and cloud‑based tools
• Assist with device management and endpoint support using MDM solutions

• 2–5 years of experience in IT support roles such as helpdesk or desktop support, preferably in startup or MSP environments
• Exposure to automation tools
• Familiarity with macOS and Windows operating systems
• Basic understanding of user access management, roles, and SaaS administration
• Strong communication and troubleshooting skills, particularly in remote support environments

Contract position based out of Chicago, IL.

The pay range for this position is $30.00 – $38.00/hr.
