We’re seeking a Principal SDET Professional to lead program-level integration testing across complex systems. This role drives both manual and automated testing strategies, strengthens automation frameworks, and ensures high-quality releases in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do- Define and execute integration test strategies and plans
- Expand and maintain automation frameworks
- Lead functional, non-functional, API, and data validation efforts
- Partner with product, engineering, and business teams to resolve issues
- Support release cycles, regression testing, and production validation
- Track, prioritize, and report defects and quality metrics
- Contribute to compliance, documentation, and process improvement initiatives
- Strong background in QA and test automation
- Experience with APIs, high-volume data systems, and SQL
- Familiarity with automation frameworks and messaging/event-driven systems
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- $200-230k base
- 30% bonus
- 25+ days PTO

This role is hybrid in the Chicago area.
