- Consult with customers to configure Service Now Data architecture and integrations based on best practices
- Design and implement integrations between Service Now and third‑party software platforms
- Develop robust architectures that leverage Service Now’s Workflow Data Fabric for data management and analytics
- Act as a subject matter expert to resolve complex user issues related to integration solutions
- Analyze and improve existing system integrations and migration strategies
- At least 8 years of configuration/development experience in integration technologies
- Maintain at least 2 Service Now mainline CIS certifications
- Maintain Service Now Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification
- Extensive experience with Integration Technologies and working with SaaS technologies
- Strong Java script skills with practical experience
- Experience with Self‑Hosted implementations and/or Domain Separation
- Demonstrated ability to influence and consult in a complex customer environment
- Proven team builder with the ability to mentor and develop talent
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer‑centric attitude
- Analytical and problem‑solving abilities
