Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Associate Consultant / SME Palo Alto XSIAM with strong hands-on expertise in Palo Alto XSIAM, Cortex, and firewall security operations. The ideal candidate will support escalated incidents, enhance operational efficiency, and drive continuous improvement within ITIL-focused environments. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, solid troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work directly with clients and cross-functional teams to maintain high service standards and deliver secure, reliable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Resolve escalated incidents using Palo Alto XSIAM and Cortex, ensuring SLA compliance and high service quality.
• Mentor team members on Palo Alto technologies, prepare SOPs, and maintain accurate operational documentation.
• Validate change order plans, ensure compliance with processes, and support capacity planning initiatives.
• Participate in customer meetings to address technical issues, gather feedback, and improve client satisfaction.
• Conduct and validate Root Cause Analysis (RCA), trend analysis, and prepare performance reports using Palo Alto ADEM data.

Required Qualifications

• Strong hands-on expertise with Palo Alto XSIAM, Cortex, and firewall technologies.
• Experience conducting RCA, trend analysis, and performance investigations.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder and client interactions.
• Knowledge of SOP creation, documentation standards, and ITIL-based support operations.
• (Preferred) Certifications such as PCNSE or PCSAE.
