Salesforce Administrator - Hybrid

10 is currently seeking a Salesforce Administrator - Hybrid for a direct placement or contract-to-hire opportunity with a Regional Financial Institution located in Schaumburg, IL.

Hybrid – in the office 1x/week in Schaumburg (Tuesdays).

This role will join an established Salesforce team and act as the Subject Matter Expert between a new marketing platform and the Salesforce CRM. The successful candidate will spend their time supporting marketing initiatives, improving the existing Financial Services Cloud (FSC) infrastructure, and providing process improvements while collaborating daily with developers, administrators, and business analysts.

• Support projects, initiatives, and enhancements related to Salesforce CRM, leveraging Financial Services Cloud and marketing initiatives
• Advise the marketing team on a new platform, leveraging Salesforce objects and features
• Help improve and leverage the investment in Financial Services Cloud and CRM (Agentforce, Outlook integration, mobile access)
• Provide process improvements for lines of business
• Fix connections and data flows
• Support the selection of a new vendor/application to integrate with Salesforce

• Minimum 2+ years of technical experience with Salesforce development, with a strong focus on Financial Services Cloud
• Hands‑on experience in Salesforce CRM
• Proficiency in Salesforce APIs and integration designs
• Practical experience with creating Salesforce reports and dashboards
• Experience with Lightning design and Salesforce core
• Knowledge of Agile concepts
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to talk to business lines and marketing teams

• Experience in the banking industry
• Experience with synchronized data sources/data extensions
