Role
  • Advise CIOs and executive stakeholders on digital transformation, IT strategy, and operating models.
  • Lead the development and implementation of platform strategies, technology roadmaps, and transformation programs.
  • Conduct strategic assessments, vendor selection, and implementation planning for large‑scale technical initiatives.
  • Guide organizations in adopting Agile, Dev Ops, and SDLC best practices to optimize delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Design scalable technology architectures aligned with business goals and industry trends.
  • Integrate AI/ML, cloud, and automation into transformation programs.
  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
  • Support business development and client relationship management.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
  • 3–10 years of experience in management consulting, technology implementation, or software development.
  • Proven expertise in digital transformation, CIO advisory, platform strategy, and IT operating models.
  • Experience with Agile, Dev Ops, SDLC, and technology transformation processes.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead project teams and work effectively in a collaborative environment.
