Department Overview

We are seeking an experienced and technically proficient Analytics Engineer III to join our Strategy & Analytics team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of data engineering, analytics, and business strategy. You will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable data solutions that transform raw data into actionable insights, enabling informed decision‑making across the organization.

As a key partner to business and technical collaborators, you will identify and integrate diverse data sources, build robust data pipelines, and develop intuitive dashboards and reporting tools. Your work will ensure transparency into key performance indicators and organizational priorities, with a particular focus on enhancing our understanding of security posture and operational effectiveness. This is a high‑impact role that requires a blend of technical expertise, analytical thinking, and good communication skills.

Duties
  • Design, implement, and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions using tools like Power BI, SQL, and Python; translate complex data into clear, actionable visualizations for collaborators at all levels
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ingest and integrate diverse data sources; develop and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes to ensure quality, consistency, and availability
  • Develop automation solutions using Power Automate and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Power Shell) to streamline data processes, reporting, and system integrations
  • Leverage APIs to connect, extract, and synchronize data across multiple platforms and services, ensuring seamless interoperability
  • Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that inform business and security decisions
  • Partner with business units to understand key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure alignment with strategic goals
  • Apply data governance and data management guidelines to ensure compliance, accuracy, and security of data assets
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in data analytics, data engineering, or business intelligence roles
  • Hands‑on experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis and automation
  • Understanding of data governance, data quality, and metadata management principles
  • Experience working with APIs and integrating data from multiple systems
  • Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value
