TITLE

Service Program Manager

We are seeking a Service Program Manager to lead post-implementation support for warehouse automation programs. This role ensures effective issue resolution, structured change management, and continuous improvement while serving as the primary liaison between customers, internal teams, and headquarters.

• Lead defect resolution, root cause investigations, and on-site service coordination
• Govern the change management process, including documentation, approvals, and implementation
• Partner with engineering and quality teams to resolve product concerns and drive improvements
• Provide clear program status reporting, KPI tracking, and risk mitigation plans
• Serve as the primary escalation point for customer service‑related matters

• 5+ years of program management or service operations experience in warehouse automation, material handling, or industrial systems
• Experience leading cross‑functional defect resolution and change management processes
• Strong stakeholder communication skills, including executive‑level reporting
• Proven ability to track and improve service KPIs and operational performance
