  • Maintain and manage a prioritized requirements backlog, ensuring traceability and transparent list of tickets to accomplish business goals
  • Organize backlog grooming meetings with development teams to ensure all development tickets are requirements and acceptance criteria are fully understood by technical development teams
  • Write UAT plans and QA completed development work to ensure it meets acceptance criteria and aligns with business needs
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, including developing UAT plans, coordinating testers, and managing defect resolution.
  • Effectively communicate complex technical concepts and business implications to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate consensus among conflicting priorities and requirements.
  • Develop a detailed website migration project plan, timeline and change management
  • Serve as subject matter expert for leveraging Adobe AEM CMS and DAM
  • Drive alignment on information and content architecture across websites, as well as the adoption of a common taxonomy and meta tag schema
  • Guide integrations between Komatsu source systems needed to deliver the online experience
