The Director, Enterprise Data & Architecture is a strategic leadership role responsible for shaping and executing Ronald McDonald House Global’s enterprise data, architecture, and governance strategy. This leader will architect and deploy enterprise‑grade data solutions, establish and mature data governance practices, and ensure all data and technology architecture decisions align with Ronald McDonald House Global’s mission, values, and long‑term strategy.

This role collaborates closely with business and technology leaders across the Ronald McDonald House Global system to drive data quality, accessibility, interoperability, and value realization.

Enterprise Data Architecture & Solution Delivery

• Design and maintain the enterprise data architecture roadmap, ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with strategic and operational needs.
• Lead the design and deployment of enterprise data platforms, including data warehouses, data lakes, integration hubs, master data management (MDM), and analytics environments.
• Oversee the development of high-quality data models, standards, and integration patterns supporting enterprise reporting, advanced analytics, and digital initiatives.
• Evaluate and select data and integration technologies, tools, and vendors aligned with business requirements and Ronald McDonald House Global's technology strategy.
