As an Associate Business Transformation Consultant at IBM, you will help to assist clients in the selection, implementation, and production support of Service Now application packaged solutions to meet client needs. Leveraging a growth mindset, you re ready and willing to deliver business value wherever needed.

In your role, you may be responsible for:

• Assist clients in selection, implementation, and support of Service Now platform solutions
• Make strategic recommendations and leverage business knowledge to drive solutions for clients and their management
• Facilitate or support business case development, proposals, presentations, workshops, meetings, and stakeholder interviews
• Develop process maps to understand "As-Is" and "To-Be" scenarios
