A real estate technology startup is seeking a Fractional CTO to provide senior-level technical leadership and strategic direction as the company scales. The ideal candidate will spend 50% of their time coding and the other 50% in leadership roles, guiding architecture decisions and mentoring the engineering team. Strong familiarity with Type Script and React is required, along with previous senior leadership experience in technology.
This role is expected to last 6 to 12 months and provides a unique opportunity to shape both the product and engineering organization.
